House of Glass Cafe is a surf concept cafe located in Cribber Yard. A courtyard with a European feel to it, in the heart of Newquay, tucked just off the main high street. House of Glass Cafe is an escape from the hustle and bustle, with a calm atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly excellent coffee, pastries, and food.

Ollie and George work directly with farmers, ensuring that every bean is ethically grown and harvested with respect for both the land and the people who cultivate it.
By partnering with them, we support a circular economy—one where every step, from farm to cup, is thoughtfully considered to benefit both the local and global community. Their dedication to traceability means they can share the journey of each bean, from the farmers who grow it to the fields where it thrives.

We believe in offering only the finest quality here at House of Glass Cafe, which is why our pastries come from Choukette, the only authentic French patisserie in Cornwall. Just a short stroll up the high street, Choukette is run by the talented duo Ben and Sam, who honed their craft in France, studying the art of pastry and perfecting their skills over three years before bringing their expertise to Newquay.
Each pastry is a masterpiece, handcrafted with precision and passion, embodying the rich flavors and traditions of French patisserie. Their dedication to authentic techniques and high-quality ingredients shines through in every flaky, buttery bite, perfectly complementing the European-inspired ambiance of our café.
